How do I give you my personalisation details?
On each product page, you’ll find a box to enter names, dates, or custom messages. If you’re ordering a photo item, there is an upload button. If you forget anything, don’t worry! Just email us at shop@hoopsy.co.uk with your order number.
I’ve made a spelling mistake! Can I change it?
We move fast to get your treats ready! If you spot a mistake, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once we have started the design or print process, we unfortunately cannot make changes or offer refunds for customer spelling errors.
Can I see a proof before you print?
To keep our turnaround times quick, we don't typically send proofs for standard items like stickers or cards or set designs. For large custom orders or full party boxes, we are happy to send a digital mock-up upon request!
Sweet Treats & Allergies
Do you cater to specific allergies?
Safety is our top priority. All our treats come with full ingredient labels. However, please be aware that all our products are packed in an environment that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee any item is 100% allergen-free.
How long do the sweets stay fresh?
Our sweet cones and gift boxes are best enjoyed within 4–6 weeks for maximum freshness. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight (nobody likes a melty sweet!).
Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because everything is handmade and personalised just for you, our standard "make time" is [3–5] business days. After that, shipping usually takes [2–3] business days via [e.g., Royal Mail]. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way!
Do you offer bulk discounts for big events?
Absolutely! Whether it's a wedding, christening, or a huge corporate bash, we’d love to help. Drop us a message at shop@hoopsy.co.uk for a custom quote on large quantities.
Can I return my order?
Due to the personalised and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your items arrive damaged or don't match your order, please snap a photo and contact us within 48 hours - we’ll make it right!
